Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES – PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below. DEPOSITS & APPOINTMENTS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING *A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. LATE POLICY *Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period. *After the 10-minute grace period, a $35 late fee may be added to your appointment at our discretion. If you are 10–15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. NO CALL / NO SHOW Failure to show up without communication will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for any future bookings. GUEST POLICY *To maintain a professional, clean, and focused environment: *No extra guests are allowed *No children unless they are being serviced If this cannot be accommodated, please do not book. FOOD & DRINK POLICY No open container food or open cup drinks are allowed for any clients or guests. CHILDREN’S APPOINTMENTS All children’s appointments are drop-off only. Parents/guardians are not permitted to stay during the service to ensure an efficient and professional environment. HAIR PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS For best results: *Hair must be clean, detangled, and blow-dried prior to appointment *A $35 detangling fee will be applied if hair is not properly prepped, or the appointment may be rescheduled For shorter hair: If your hair is shorter than the length of a standard credit card, you must book the “Grip Short Hair” or “Consultation” add-on. MOBILE APPOINTMENTS *Mobile services are available and include a travel fee based on mileage. *Clients must provide the full address after booking. *You must have: Adequate space, Accessible power outlet, Safe working environment Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation. PAYMENT POLICY *The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. *Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout. *No partial payments are accepted. SERVICE SATISFACTION *Clients are required to review their hair before leaving. *Once you leave the appointment, the service is considered complete and accepted. If
